We are currently looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented and reliable receptionists to help run a smooth office for our various clients These casual/temporary positions will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions such as greeting visitors and staff, providing a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional client services. Whether you are ready to return to the workforce after an extended break, are well-versed in office environments with lots of experience, or are a graduate student looking to get your foot in the door, this may be the opportunity you are looking for
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Order food and supplies for office lunches and client meetings when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and couriers.
- Handle printing and photocopying requests.
- Book and set up meeting rooms as required.
- Manage office inventory such as stationery, and business cards.
- Compile data, and create reports and documents as requested.
- Ensure overall office cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance contractors.
- Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.
- Possess active listening skills with a positive, friendly attitude when greeting clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
- Professional, self-motivated, and able to work well independently.
- Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
