Journeyman/woman Carpenter

We seek to hire a _**journeyman carpenter**_, _**with minimum five years experience**_ to be a lead hand on our jobsites. Extensive knowledge of framing, concrete, and exterior/interior finishing work is required.

The qualified person will require:

- Valid Class 5 drivers license with own transportation.
- Basic hand tools.
- The ability to take direction well.
- A good understanding of current building products/practices.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- The ability to work independently with little supervision as well as lead a group of workers through assigned tasks.

Person will report to the site supervisor/ general manager.

**Wage will be and dependent on qualifications and experience**. We offer a very competitive benefits plan, as well as our RRSP plan after three months. **Position will commence immediately for full-time work.**

**Work will mainly be within the City of Brandon but some travel may be required at times.**
