**About us**:
Our main focus is psychotherapy, but we also provide supervision, consultation and assessments to adult individuals with various presentations, from mood and anxiety disorders to self-defeating behaviours, personality, and relational difficulties, who retain moderate to high capacity for functioning. These presentations are usually related to or result from adverse childhood experiences, complex childhood trauma, attachment misalignments, etc. In short, trauma-focused work is at the center of our services. Our clients come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds, histories, and identities. We value in-depth, insightful and process-oriented approaches, but we remain open to other types of approaches, modalities and skills.
We value warmth, professionalism, and our clients. As the author of Essentials of Supervision in Emotion-Focused Therapy Dr. Tarba is committed to bringing together like-minded professionals and creating opportunities for professional and collegial growth by building a community first. You will feel included and supported not only as a professional, but also as a human. We believe that everything is better together
