**About Primrose**

Primrose Contracting is a Canadian heavy civil construction company based in Ontario that specializes in sewer and watermain construction for municipal and private clients. Projects completed by our team of experts include road construction, deep sewer construction in diverse ground conditions, and large diameter watermain construction.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Capable of performing physical labour in various weather conditions
- Ability to form, pour, and finish slabs, sidewalks, curb & gutter
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete;
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications;
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools;
- Level the top surface of freshly poured concrete on floors;
- Spreading, levelling, smoothing concrete;
- Comply with Health and Safety policies, company policies and regulations;
**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Solid understanding of best practices in the industry
- Team oriented, reliable, trustworthy, honest, and hard working
- Must have all valid safety training up to date, OHSA, WHMIS, WAH.
- Be presentable, professional and have great work ethic.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Concrete finishing: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
