**Summary**

The expectation of this position is that the employee performs their duties and responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner. Furthermore, the expectation is to perform these duties while working as a part of a team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Works with the Culinary Team to ensure work equipment and workstations are clean and ready for service.
- Executes proper sink set up and procedures.
- Adheres to proper procedures for washing pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment and dishware. Including removing food scraps from dishes and washing them by hand or machine as directed. - Ensures the dish washing machine is properly stocked with cleaning chemicals, and ensure that the machine is cleaning properly.
- Ensures all cleaned items are properly dried and stored; while following proper storage procedures to minimize breakage
- Ensures all work area floors are swept and mopped, as directed and at the end of service.
- Ensures all worktables, walls, refrigerators, and equipment surfaces have been washed.
- Inspects and refills paper towels at all hand washing stations including the washroom.
- Ensures all garbage is removed promptly from the kitchen area, as needed and at the end of service.
- Inspects, and cleans or hoses out garbage cans, as needed.
- Deliver supplies and food throughout the stadium.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times. Thoroughly completes all station setup and breakdown responsibilities
- Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
- Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
- Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
- Always on time and ready to perform all required duties in uniform.
- Coordinate and communicate with back of house coordinator regarding schedules and QA logs.
- Responsible for completing all assigned temp and chemical logs for designated work area(s)
- Responsible for following all safety policies and protocols as it relates to your duties; including but not limited to cut gloves, fryer cleaning and supplies, hand protection (PPE), and common practices
- Responsible for the cleaning and changing of oil and fryers stadium wide

**Language Skills**
- French is considered an asset, but is not mandatory.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge and skills in cleaning or foodservice would be considered an asset.
- 2 years experiences in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
- Completed cleaning and maintenance training on all kitchen equipment as well as ice cream machine.
- Able to demonstrate cleaning/ dishwashing abilities
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts.
- Must practice good personal hygiene.
- Must be able to effectively communicate
