Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out inspection services required to protect the company’s investment and ensure the safety of the employees and the community. The Inspector assists in the design, implementation and administration of the inspection programs of plant equipment to maintain standards of reliability, mechanical integrity and performance. The Inspector also provides mechanical technical support to the operating units, project engineers, the maintenance teams and planners as required.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out inspection services required to protect the company’s investment and ensure the safety of the employees and the community. The Inspector assists in the design, implementation and administration of the inspection programs of plant equipment to maintain standards of reliability, mechanical integrity and performance. What you’ll do:

- Provide support in monitoring and inspecting fixed mechanical equipment during outage opportunities at the Courtright site, and initiate action for repair as necessary. Approve final repair plans and assure that repairs are completed as per approved repair plan;
- Support Turnaround inspection activities at other CF locations when required.
- Maintain Equipment Inspection files for Mechanical Integrity program compliance on fixed equipment;
- Maintain equipment records, generation of Process Safety Valve reports, and turnaround pressure vessel inspection lists for all processing units;
