**Integrated Solutions **is a proud Xplore Internet, Shaw Direct Satellite and Rogers Cable dealer with locations in Ontario, Alberta, and Saskatchewan and is one of Canada's leading authorized dealers. We provide complete sales and installation services for residential and commercial customers in select markets throughout Canada.

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our Events Team as a Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for attending small events to promote our products/services, engage with potential customers, and generate leads. The typical coverage schedule would be Thursday-Sunday. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a sales-oriented mindset, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent our company at small events in different locations within Central Ontario.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with

attendees and speak confidently about our products and services.
- Generate leads by capturing contact information and qualifying prospects.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to generate leads and close sales
- Conduct on site sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative event ideas.
- Provide post-event report and analysis to evaluate event success and recommend

improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Self Motivated and target driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Willingness to travel to various locations for events
- Adaptability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
- Proficiency in using technology, such as tablets or mobile devices to manage leads

and sales
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Note**: This is a contract position with a duration of 3 months with the potential to continue. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on performance and sales outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Driving Licence (required)
