**Job Description**:
Ready to take your Pipefitting career to the next level? FLINT is looking for skilled and experienced Journeyperson and Apprentice Pipefitters to join our team permanently In this role, you'll tackle various tasks, from repairing threaded pipes to testing for leaks and replacing valves.

**This project runs from September 14, 2024, to October 5, 2024, with a continuous schedule of 8 regular hours and 2 OT hours daily.**

**What would you be doing?**
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
- Draft detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble, and install metal, plastic and fibreglass pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Join pipe sections and related equipment and secure in position.
- Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.
- Maintain and repair of piping systems.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Journeyperson or Apprentice Pipefitter ticket/certification.
- Valid and up-to-date safety tickets
- Experience with hydro testing is considered an asset.
- Enjoy a varied workload.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shovelling, bending, twisting, etc.
