**Overview**:
We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual Window Cleaner to join our team. As our Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for meeting our customers expectations of streak-free and clean windows. This role requires high physical capabilities, strong communication skills, coach ability, time management and exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Clean windows with the provided tools, learn techniques using power tools, hand tools and light machinery.
- Remove grime, dirt, and stains/smudges from all windows for a clear view
- Work on all interior and exterior windows in residential areas
- Stay with the safety guidelines and protocols and while working at all heights
- Communicate with customers to understand their cleaning needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Providing other home maintenance services such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, Polymeric sand installation and sealing

**Skills**:

- Ability to lift ladders and work in demanding conditions
- Good time management skills to be efficient within given timeframes
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Willing to learn new techniques for cleanliness
