**Summary**:
**Qualifications:
- Successful completion of orthopedic technician diploma course
- Excellent customer service skills
- Required to obtain CSOT membership
- Must demonstrate willingness to become CSOT certified within 2 years
- High level of initiative and self-direction required as well as strong organizational skills
- Aseptic technique required
- Recent orthopedic or fracture room experience preferred
- Able to work in fast paced environment with rapid turnover and conflicting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential
- Must be able to perform duties efficiently under limited supervision Good attendance record
