**Position**

Join the NEW WEST Group of Companies team as a full-time **Fuel Dispatcher**, where your expertise in dispatching multiple types of equipment across various job sites will be pivotal.

**Responsibilities**

As a **Fuel Dispatcher **on our team, you will:

- Manage all fuel routes for propane, diesel, and gas to be efficient and effective
- Take all incoming fuel requests and dispatch to the appropriate driver with all information needed
- Review all fuel driver paperwork the next day to verify all paperwork is accurate and being properly, know the TDG laws to ensure all manifests are TDG compliant
- Coordinate with Transportation manager to ensure all fuel truck repairs and routine maintenance is completed
- Must be able to use a variety of software systems to coordinate and dispatch all fuel related activities, systems we use include: oto data, Point of Rental, TCS Hub, TSO Mobile
- Maintain and update service schedules and cleanup all data in all relevant software systems
- Stay connected with all fuel drivers through out the day to monitor their status and provide any necessary information

**Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role and industry preferred
- Experience dispatching multiple different types of equipment in the same company and/or across multiple companies or extensive experience dispatching in different industries
- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze information, see patterns, and make decisions based on that information
- Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate with other team members in a variety of different departments
- Proactive attitude willing seek out answers and provide solutions
- Ask questions and lean on others for information, always willing to learn and improve
