Red Seal Plumber/gas Fitter

**RED SEAL PLUMBER/GAS FITTER**

Acreage Pharms is seeking a highly skilled Red Seal Plumber/Gas Fitter Technician for immediate hire, to install, operate and maintain commercial boilers, hot water tanks and irrigation systems.

Applicants are requiring a college degree or equivalent and preference will be granted to applicants with Red Seal Certification.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Install boilers, hot water tanks and irrigation systems.
- Follow safety regulations and requirements for the cannabis industry.
- Perform general maintenance on boilers, hot water tanks and irrigation system.
- Troubleshoot and recognize malfunctions in equipment and problem solve.
- Ordering materials and organizing projects to stay ahead of deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Red Seal Certification (preferred)
- Gas Fitter A or B (required)
- 1-5 years Plumbing experience (required)
- Cross Connection Certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
- Attention to detail and high standard in all work performed
- Technical and analytical trouble-shooting skills
- Aware and compliant of all codes and safety regulations
- Superior communication and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00-$33.00 per hour

- Plumbing: 1 year (required)
- Gas Fitter: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal Certification (preferred)
