Accountabilities & Measures

**Accountability 1**

Imagery consistency and guidelines

Measures for Performance
- Imagery is constantly reviewed, improved, and updated
- Consistency of imagery across all systems, website, and third parties is maintained
- Work with R&D to ensure imagery is accurate and a good representation of our products

**Accountability 2**

Product content

Measures for Performance
- Generate descriptive and consistent product content to be used on the website, in brochures, and on partner websites
- Work with the sales and R&D teams to ensure this content is accurate and meets the needs of the customer

**Accountability 3**

Dealer support content design

Measures for Performance
- Work alongside the brand manager to design and print sell sheets, dealer support content, and look books
- Graphic design as needed

**Accountability 4**

Video creation

Measures for Performance
- Creation and design of video content including installations, training, and promotion
- Photography/videography of products and team as needed

Essential Skills
- Organized and detail orientated
- Has a taste for design and presenting things in an appealing manner
- Skilled in graphic design and content layout
- Must understand and implement the key principles of marketing

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
