The Service Manager will lead the Service Technicians for the branch and will work as a team with the sister Branch Manager and Service Manager, while reporting to the local Branch Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Exceed customers’ expectations by providing timely, reliable, and professional service to become the point of contact for London and surrounding area.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure realization of customers’ expectations.
- Oversee the scheduling functions of all Door Technicians by coordinating work, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring that the department is adequately always covered.
- Field incoming customer inquiries for preventive maintenance, repairs, and new installations.
- Provide customers with new quotes for overhead door and automatic door related products.
- Schedule all assigned training sessions and confirm they are completed promptly.
- Oversee the accuracy and submission of technician hours for payroll processing.
- Daily review of all work-in-progress by coordinating and rescheduling jobs and collaborating with the team to correct any issues with closing orders.Develop and nurture strong working relationships within the Ventri team and our customers.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-3 years of scheduling or dispatch experience, preferably with experience working within a door and access control environment.
- Must be a motivated self-starter; able to work with limited supervision.
- Experience working with customers and showcasing excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and efficient at maintaining tasks and priorities, while displaying flexibility during times of change
- Strong desire for personal improvement and growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills; deals with conflict effectively.
- Experience in any of the following *an asset

- Automatic doors and controls
- Access control and cameras
- Gates
