**Position**: Marketing Assistant
**Type**: Regular Part-Time (24-32 hours per week)
**Location**: Nanaimo (Flexible work arrangements available, including remote work and office location)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the owner-operator with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage inventory and oversee sales through various online platforms, including WordPress and Amazon.
- Handle logistics, including shipping products to couriers and order entry.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation (photography and videography), and website updates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative eye with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
- Team player with a positive attitude, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
