**Position Title**: SEO Manager

**Reports To**: Digital Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Define and execute SEO strategy in line with company objectives, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization recommendations.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Ensure that all website content, including images, videos, meta descriptions, and headers, are optimized for search engines.
- **Technical SEO**: Monitor website performance, identify issues related to site speed, crawl errors, broken links, and other technical factors that can affect rankings. Collaborate with the web development team to resolve these issues.
- **Link Building**: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve website authority.
- **SEO Reporting**: Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance data regularly. Provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with the content team to ensure content is SEO-friendly, provides value, and targets relevant keywords.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments to adjust strategy accordingly.
- **Training & Development**: Provide guidance and training to junior team members and other departments about SEO best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with the PPC, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of success in improving search rankings and driving organic growth.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to evolving digital landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Leadership**: Experience in leading or mentoring a team would be a plus.
