We are looking for an **Intermediate or Senior Credit Analyst** to join the **Business Banking team in Edmonton**

As a Credit Analyst on the team, you work closely with and support the business bankers while they focus on developing business relationships for Servus. Although reviewing and analyzing financial statements is a big part of your day, the story behind the numbers is important to you because you understand the impact it has to credit adjudication. You work well under the pressure of deadlines, and you are organized and accurate. Your analytical nature ensures that the loan files are complete, accurate and timely.

**More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, complete ratio analysis and convert data into meaningful text
- Preparing credit investigations, security inspections and searches
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate
- Preparing credit facility letters for review; assist in resolution of outstanding security/account deficiencies
- Ensuring a high level of member satisfaction by assisting members with loan and deposit inquiries; follow up on requests as necessary and understand the member’s financial condition to effectively position the value of products and services

**Requirements**:
**To qualify, you will need at least the following**:

- 1 - 2 years as a Financial Advisor or Credit Analyst
- Minimum Grade 12 with combination of education and practical experience
- Potential and desire to progress _into a relationship manager role and beyond_
