**McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC** **is looking for a full time** Service Cashier** to join our growing team We strive to provide the best customer service & top-notch repair/maintenance work. You will play a crucial customer experience role by conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements & providing accurate repair recommendations to customers.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Answering & distributing service department phone calls
- Meet & greet service department customers
- Maintain service/warranty records & filing processes
- Provide customers with service/repair status updates & accept payments

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Parts department and/or dealership experience is an asset
- Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
