**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the project lifecycle from initiation through to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in project management, preferably in the technology or immigration services industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
