**MKB Administrator & Receptionist**

**Position Summary**:The **MKB Administrator & Receptionist** will provide administrative support to our Sherwood Park Location, AB.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide receptionist service, greet customers or clients, respond to inquiries from both external and internal clients, answer or direct questions from vendors and/or clients, answer and direct phone lines
- Maintain MKB Equipment tracking sheet(s)
- Generate and manage rental agreements (Rentals out and in)
- MKB Rental Equipment shipping and receiving documents
- Source quotes from vendors and/or service providers, completion of PO requisitions and receiving as required
- Responsible for following up with vendors on outstanding invoices, orders and managing statements of account to maintain accurate and in period receivables
- Coordinates daily mail and courier deliveries and receipts
- Maintain tidiness of common areas
- Handle conference room and training scheduling, coordinating and set up
- Maintain office equipment and inventory of office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies
- Responsible for organized, accurate and proficient documentation collection and data entry
- Complete monthly ICT Billing for MKB Equipment Rental Company and/or Third-Party Rentals (on an as needed basis)
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management, internal and external contacts; and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Mature, self-starter with demonstrated independent thinking
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to identify and prioritize items requiring immediate action, along with any pertinent information to facilitate decision making.
- Must have strong record keeping, organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong industry knowledge of NDE will be considered an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
