**Responsibilities**:
- Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)-
- Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions-
- Reviews and reports on project mock-ups-
- Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items-
- Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)-
- Assists in small project management and coordination-
- Assists in building condition assessments, concrete restoration, and building enclosure related projects-
- Participates in continuing education-
- Performs various office related tasks- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field-
- General knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus-
- Experience as a Building Envelope Consultant and/or Trade Expert is a plus-
- Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects-
- Ability to work in a team environment-
- Strong customer service commitment-
- Excellent communication and written skills in English-
- Professional attitude with a strong commitment to succeed-
- Strong work ethic-
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle**Job Type**:
