- Ensuring that the Swedish Food Market is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times, always keeping customers in focus.
- Ensuring that the customer restaurant is in shape as new, common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented.
- Motivating and developing your team.
- Promoting a safety first culture by ensuring that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work.
- Secure that excellence in operations and high quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker restaurant and optimized levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with the Kitchen Production Manager.
