Job Posting: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Nobleton Lakes Golf Club works hard to create an enjoyable atmosphere and a memorable experience for all players, guests and team members throughout our facility. Our Managers are hands on and our team works together to achieve the Corporate directive of exemplary customer service.

Roles and Responsibility:
Plan, execute and deliver the entire food operation including weddings, banquets, events, golf tournaments, lounge and golf course operations (beverage carts and halfway house services) Accountable for the performance and achievement of company budget, goals and inventory control Develop new marketing strategies and initiatives to grow the Food & Beverage portfolio. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sr. Food and Beverage Manager and the Head Golf Professional on all events to effectively co-ordinate deliverables in a fast paced, high volume venue, catering to events upwards of 300 people. Represent Nobleton Lakes Golf Club at Community Events and Trade Shows to promote new and existing business opportunities. Create a superb dining experience for all guests. Recruit, train, supervise and mentor customer service staff and direct reporting Motivate, empower and promote staff relations with all team members in all departments Report to the Committee on current, prospective and pending contracts in biweekly department meetings.

Also will be responsible for Inventory Control and Purchasing.

Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in all facets of Food and Beverage Management in a Large Scale Banquet operation (Plated and Buffet) **(Assistant or Lead Manager).** Highly motivated to maintain and grow the business portfolio with new initiatives and clients Highly visible, professional demeanor and approachable Proven effective leader with a high degree of ambition, drive and determination to surpass goals Excellent ability to manage multiple priority environments in a calm, professional manner Proficient with POS software and Microsoft Office Proactive in all aspects of the job University Degree or College diploma in Hospitality and Tourism preferred Previous golf club experience is Preferred.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
