This position is open to all qualified OPSEU staff throughout Lakeridge Health commencing 19 November 2024 and closing at 11:59 pm on 26 November 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of post-secondary education in physical and biological sciences
- Graduation from a recognized program in Cardiology Technology
- Current Advanced certification with the CSCT or CTAO
- Three years related experience
- Current BCLS certification
- Ability to prioritize and accommodate urgent inpatient and outpatient requests
- Evidence of sound organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work well in stressful situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work well with patients, families, all levels of staff and the community.
- Ability to work well independently and to exercise sound judgement.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Hospital and OPSEU Local 348.
