Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning windows and glass surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work with hand and power tools.

**Duties**:

- Perform assigned tasks such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing (including the use of necessary power tools, such as pressure washers or water-fed poles)
- Operate and be responsible for your jobs site crew kit/materials, maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored
- Communicate effectively with clients and other crew members to ensure a safe, smooth and efficient operation (including addressing any concerns or questions from homeowner)
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment when working at heights or with hazardous materials

Requirments:

- Car mandatory (bonus pay for carrying ladders and crew kits)
- Willingness and able to work with ladders
- Punctual, respectful, honest
- Ability to work in a team dynamic
- Willing and able to work long, consistent hours outside at a fast pace
- Ability to solve problem is **required**

** We are ONLY looking for people willing to work very hard, for long hours. This is NOT an easy, relaxed summer job.**

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
