**Position Summary**:
As a key member of the Supply Chain management team, this position will assist in leading the supply chain demand operations for the Canadian business, inclusive of consensus forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, promotional planning, and project management. This individual will play a strategic role in influencing stakeholders to collaborate and align on demand to streamline operational planning & execution and drive incremental business value. This role will also support the development of demand planning skill set and talent across the MB organization.

**Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**:

- Establish and drive department KPIs, including forecast accuracy and bias target
- Provide insight into root causes of forecast error, developing and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Clearly communicate all assumptions, drivers, risk and opportunities in demand and supply review
- Ownership and management of forecasts for regular menu promotions; implement a consensus approach with McD’s and HAVI to drive forecast accuracy and provide recommendations to the demand plan
- Support the implementation of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with key stakeholders
- Ownership of internal S&OP, to understand all key drivers of change versus prior projections and prior year
- Participate in building and leading consensus volume projection for financial and operations budgeting exercises
- Collaborate with SC Planning and Restaurant Planning Leads on assessing and validating volume assumptions and results
- Accountable for developing and sustaining processes, tools and systems associated with the S&OP process
- Create a culture of innovation and process driven to support our customer’s and MB strategic plans
- Provides leadership and direction for functional teams on matters regarding forecasting, and demand planning
- Coach and develop direct reports for improved performance and career development
- Develop a strategy to grow demand planning skill set and create a pipeline
- Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Five (5) years of progressive responsibility and leadership in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills with all levels of employees, management, and customer
- Results oriented and strong critical thinking skills; possess a high sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences
- Demonstrated track record of leading significant process improvements and managing through change
- Proficiency in forecasting systems (JDA or similar)
- Bilingual English /French considered an asset
- This position must pass a post-offer background check.
