**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise warehouse staffs and daily activities
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Communicate job expectations and arrange training to employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Conduct employee performance reviews and prepare related report
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

**Minima Requirement**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse production line management
- Experienced in Leading At least 5 members’ group
- Experience in production planning or material planning and tracking, as an asset
- Background in 5S, Lean manufacturing, PDCA, POKA YOKE, as an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
