**Job Title: Cook for a Dynamic Private Sports Club**

**About Us**: Our brand new private sports club is a dynamic and membership based organization committed to providing engaging recreational programs and activities for club members of all ages and backgrounds. Create meal experiences in a party, corporate and club setting.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes, preferably Chinese and Continental food
- Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure that food is cooked and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Preferably speak Cantonese/Mandarin and English

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

- Cantonese, Mandarin (preferred)
- Manadarin, Cantonese, or other language besides English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Richmond, BC V6V 1R1 (required)

Work Location: In person
