**Salary: $27.46 - $32.81/HR - 35 Hours per Week**

**POSITION SCOPE**:
The Clinical Assistant will be responsible to support the Circle of Care Coordinator in the control and direction of individualized treatment planning, service delivery, and treatment review for each client, they will assist the Clinical Supervisor in the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures. Consult with related professional and paraprofessional staff.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Mandatory Requirements_
- College Diploma in Social/Health Sciences,
- 5 years’ work experience in social/health settings, and
- CPIC (Vulnerable Sector) - must be provided at the time of employment offer
- Additional Requirements_
- Excellent computer and technology knowledge and skills,
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record Technology,
- Excellent written and verbal communication,
- Ability to provide basic counselling services,
- Excellent facilitation skills,
- Efficient time management skills and organizational skills in an office setting,
- Excellent customer service skills,

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clinical_
- Provide assistance to individual(s)/families through the case management model,
- Provide support to clients where needed,
- Assist with the development of ongoing therapeutic support groups,
- Complete referrals as necessary,
- Complete clinical administratione., EMR-electronic Medical Recording, charting, minutes, brief services, scheduling appointments, etc., and
- Participate in case consultation with service providers to identify and address issues
- Programming_
- Assist in the development of health and wellness programming for the community,
- Assist in the implementation of programming addressing needs identified in the Community Health Plan,
- Assist in the development of culturally appropriate educational and promotional materials, and
- Administrative_
- Participate in performance evaluations as established by the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek,
- Establish educational goals in the form of an annual learning plan,
- Prepare monthly calendars and participate in program planning meetings,
- Prepare financial requests as required,
- Record participation statistics (data entry) and prepare monthly reports,
- Contribute to report submissions to meet funding requirements,
- Make recommendations for policy and manual revisions on an annual basis,
