- Experience with snow shoveling or related work is preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain snow removal equipment
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including proper snow removal procedures
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough snow removal
