MUST have a valid driver's license.
- MUST have experience driving a truck and trailer and feel comfortable doing so.
- 2+ years experience working as a landscaping labourer.
- Adaptable to work a flexible work schedule and be on call; especially over winter seasons with unexpected snow falls.
- Demonstrates safety leadership and safe work practices at all times.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Must be a team player, ability to take direction, work independently and as part of a team with a great work ethic.
- Experience with snow removal with a skid steer/snow plow would be considered an asset.
- Experience as a crew lead considered an asset.

References will be required.

Work conditions: Outdoors with ability to withstand cold temperatures/hot temperatures, physically demanding - ability to lift/carry/push up to 50lbs, attention to details, fast paced.

Additional skills: Operate equipment comfortably, conduct safety checks on equipment, clean equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform snow removal duties using hand tools and power tools.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment effectively.
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed for efficient snow removal.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks as required.
- Demonstrate organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles for snow removal duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Additional pay:
