Veterinary Technician

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care for animals while assisting veterinarians in various procedures. You will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, administering medications, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients. **Responsibilities**
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
- Perform laboratory tests, including blood work and urinalysis.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
- Prepare animals for surgery and assist in post-operative care.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including sterilization of instruments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for animal care and welfare is essential.
