Spa Supervisor

As a Spa Supervisor you will be is responsible will include:
- Managing the day-to-day spa operations
- Handling administrative duties; scheduling appointments, guest inquiries
- Training new staff on spa policies and procedures
- Managing inventory, and purchase orders
- Overseeing customer service, and communicating with the management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the spa.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Team lead skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff- Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests both orally and in writing- Administrative duties, booking appointments, responding to spa inquiries and interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner- The ability to train new staff on spa policies and procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols- Ability to maintain inventory- Minimum 3 years of spa or hospitality experience with demonstrated spa supervisor or team lead experience
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a spa supervisor in a luxury spa
- Working knowledge of Book 4 Time software (an asset)
( weekends/holidays)
