We are reaching out looking for an experienced artisanal bread baker.

We have a great team and well rounded bread program in a nice space.

We Mill our own flour with Organic heritage grain from a farmer we have worked with for over 15 years. All our ingredients are Organic. We believe strongly in using quality ingredients and consistent good technique to make the best Breads possible.

We are looking for another bread nerd to who is interested in working hard with a team, enjoying the process and contributing to a positive work environment.

We have 5:30AM starts and 8.5-10 hour days 3-4 days a week. We encourage a positive lifestyle for employees and a positive workplace.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of ingredients, mixing, forming and baking of breads and lamination and forming of viennoisserie. Ability to work quick, clean and efficiently on one's own, and with a team is important.

Responsibilities will include, forming a variety of breads and viennoisserie, scaling and mixing doughs, and baking off breads and breakfast pastries.

We have bakers try to work through different stations in order to continually develop and build skills.

Attitude and ability to take direction and learn are more important than experience, but experience goes a long way.

Good communication, organization and tidy work habits are highly valued.

22-27$/H depending on experience/skill level.
