We are looking for a talented **nCino Administrator**, so if you’re passionate about configuration, support, maintenance, and improvements of the nCino platform to help drive efficiencies, we would like to hear from you
**What’s the role?**
**Your duties will include**:
Systems Management
- Develops nCino system management documentation, schedules, reports, solutions, and job aids.
- Manages administrative functions including account maintenance, creating reports, dashboards and workflows,
- System configuration, writing formulas and rules and completing other related routine tasks.
Systems Maintenance
- Assess, test, and implement new releases of nCino and Salesforce including a change management and communication plan.
- Maintain up to date data for systems, user accounts, profiles, properties, user licenses, personnel changes, and user access provisioning/de-provisioning.
Systems Development
- Recommends solution for new features & functionality using nCino & Salesforce best practices.
- Develops customized solutions within nCino platform.
Solutions Support
- Acts as advanced nCino support for the support team.
- Works with and influences external software vendors and providers to develop products that meet identified objectives
***What are we looking for?**
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related technical certifications and/or 3 years equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Administration experience: 3+ years
- nCino Administration experience: 3+ year
- nCino Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
- Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies
- Loans Origination System Administration experience is an asset
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of banking and insurance operations, end-user procedures and workflow, security and risk requirements
- Strong knowledge of System Operating principles, design, and components
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products

The salary range for this role fits within this career band. Individual job salary range will vary within the career band, based on the skills and requirements of the job posting.
Full Time annual salary range based on 37.50 hour work week.
Specialist - Supervisor - $67,883.00 - $90,173.00
