Scales Operator

Location: Owen Sound, ON

**As a Scale Operator, You Will**:

- Operate the weigh scales and scale software
- Handle cash transactions and complete daily scale house and inventory reports
- Answer phone calls and respond to public inquiries
- Track material quantities
- Help with purchasing and purchase orders
- Time entry for the Quarry
- General admin duties to assist Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
- Work weekends if needed

**What You'll Bring**:

- Basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with weigh scale software will be considered an asset
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as required
- Reliable means of transportation since location is not transit accessible
