**General Summary.**

**The Analyst, Data II is part of a team that shares the responsibility for success and profitability by providing services to our customers, which may include collect, maintain and interpret raw data to extract actionable and relevant information, data warehousing, reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis. The Data Analyst works with customers, and internal employees to analyze and identify cost saving opportunities for customers.**

**This position will be responsible for..**
- **Manage data gathering for customers’ benchmark key performance metrics.**
- **Develop and maintain data models, KPI dashboards, trends, etc.**
- **Understand end-to-end data processes and flows.**
- **Performs root-cause analysis on data, present findings and make recommendations.**
- **Use professional judgment to assess the impact of decisions/actions on the customer and the Company.**
- **Analyze large amounts of data and then recommend broad based innovative improvement initiatives for customer(s).**
- **Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.**
- **Continuously identify new innovative data driven solutions to help improve workstreams.**
- **Support the finance function in developing information, reporting and measurement for financial and non-financial data**
- **Audit and maintain integrity of data for revenue purposes.**
- **Performs root-cause analysis on data, present findings and make recommendations.**

**Education/Experience**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Accounting/Finance or related field preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience.**:

- **In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 4-6 years of relevant experience.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.**:

- **Must be detailed oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy, and work well under pressure.**:

- **Ability to analyze large datasets, QA and troubleshoot data.**:

- **Analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent multi-tasker with project management skills and understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines.**:

- **Strong team player.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external customers.**:

- **Experience or knowledge in transportation, logistics, is preferred.**
