Millwork Drafter

We are seeking a Millwork Drafter to join our growing team. We specialize in Custom High End Residential & Architectural Millwork.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Organized and self-motivated, decisive and responsible
- Proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings and specifications
- Able to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a multitude of tasks, prioritize tasks, work closely with Senior Designer / Project Manager, and ability to meet deadlines
- Participate in Design meetings, prepare and discuss notes with Senior Designer / Project Manager
- Interprets and carries out creative ideas proposed by Senior Designer / Project Manager and/or Clients and provide own ideas during design stages.
- Work with Senior Designer to resolve design problems, discuss project criteria, and facilitate smooth project coordination
- Convert Architectural Millwork Elevations into Shop Drawings & Layouts
- Ability to generate full sets of millwork drawings an asset
- Positive attitude, dependable and team player
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

**Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred
- Experience in Kitchen Cabinetry is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software (Mozaik an asset) 2 years or more

- Based on Experience

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
