Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher to join our team. As a Polisher, you will be responsible for finishing and polishing various materials to achieve a high-quality and smooth surface. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using power tools, mechanical knowledge, and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Polish and finish materials such as metal, wood, or plastic to achieve desired smoothness and appearance
- Operate power tools and hand tools to perform polishing tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment

**Requirements**:

- must have experience
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of mechanical processes involved in polishing and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
