**Location**:
Musselwhite

**Purpose**:
The Apprentice will become trained and proficient in the troubleshooting, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of Electrical equipment within a Mine and Mill setting. Apprenticeship training will be performed on site.

**Responsibilities**:
Performing daily electrical installation, maintenance and repair activities under the direction of a Certified Journeyperson Construction and Maintenance Electrician while carrying out assigned duties safely and efficiently.
- Will be required to attend and successfully complete a 9000 hour apprenticeship which includes 3 school term sessions consisting of ten (10) weeks for each session taking approximately 5 years to complete.
- Past experience with industrial setting would be an asset
- Strong commitment to working in a safe, socially responsible manner
- Willingness to communicate, learn, and be innovative
- As a self-starter, you will be versatile and results oriented with a strong willingness to complete the apprenticeship to Certified Journeyperson Construction and Maintenance Electrician level
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Strong Mechanical / Electrical aptitude

**Working Conditions**:
**The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.**
