**Position Summary**
As the **Manager, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)** you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's commitment to ESG stewardship. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our business operations align with environmental and social responsibility goals. Your role will involve creating and overseeing policies, programs, and initiatives that promote sustainability, ethical governance, and environmental preservation within the company.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate values and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and supply chain.
- Monitor and report on progress toward sustainability goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sustainability and governance regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain corporate governance policies, codes of conduct, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote ethical practices throughout the organization.
- Oversee environmental initiatives, including waste reduction, resource conservation, and carbon emissions reduction.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to track and report on key environmental metrics.
- Manage environmental certifications, audits, and assessments.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships that support sustainability objectives.
- Communicate with customers, and the community to enhance our corporate image and reputation in sustainability.
- Prepare sustainability reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sustainability efforts.
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sustainability and/or social management, corporate governance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and best practices (e.g., GRI, UN Global Compact, SDGs).
- Understanding of environmental regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
