Reliable, energetic optometric assistant needed for long-term position at our optometry clinic in Newmarket. Experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities include greeting, scheduling and checking in/out patients, billing insurance, pretesting to prepare patients to see the doctor, and other related duties. Some basic computer experience is useful (using google sheets/excel, online scheduling and online insurance billing are some of the daily duties).

Position has potential for increased days in the future.

Tuesdays 1030am-630pm, possibly Wednesdays 1130am-630pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 7-15 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
