At The Party Rental Collective, every day is a little different. We are looking for hard-working people that don’t mind working in a variety of environments. This will be a seasonal position (May-Sep) averaging 24 hours per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday with the potential for occasional weekend work.

**What we are looking for**:

- Must be able to lift 50lbs. or more.
- Hours vary upon scheduled events.
- Must have flexibility and ability to work from 6 - 12 hours per day.
- Previous tent construction and takedown experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to comprehend numerous policies, procedures, concepts and to respond using discretion based on general and client-specific policies.

**What you’ll do**:

- Load and unload equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) at the warehouse
- Clean and organize equipment
- Assist in Delivery of tables, chairs, dishes, etc.
- Assist in Set-up and Take-down various frame tents and pole tents per manufacturer procedures
- Inspect tents and accessories for damages before removing
- Occasional interaction with clients

**Schedule**:

- 24-32 hours/week (Mostly Tuesday-Thursday)
- Possible Occasional weekend work
- Possible Overtime

**Location**:

- Kamloops Warehouse
- Delivery/Pick-up at jobsites throughout Kamloops and occasionally Okanagan

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KAMLOOPS, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in KAMLOOPS, BC

Expected start date: 2023-05-01
