**What You Will Do**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers by troubleshooting issues, guiding them through various product functionalities, and providing technical support to resolve any concerns
- Update internal systems with customer information, technical issues, shipping statuses, and resolutions
- Share customer requests, issues, and insights with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Food Cycle Science products to offer expert guidance
- Mentor and assist other Customer Support Representatives as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (reading and writing) is required
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal relationship skills
- Familiarity with help desk software, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and remote support tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting event software (Teams, Zoom)
- **The following qualifications would be an asset**:_
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus
