Aquatics AI Services dba, Superior Pool Spa & Leisure is a commercial swimming pool and spa management company. We are specializing in the multi residential amenity market providing, maintenance services, equipment repairs and construction repairs and pool refurbishments.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing all aspects of projects, including design, construction, budgeting, and scheduling. This role requires a deep understanding of pool construction and refurbishment processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for pool refurbishment projects.
- **Vendor and Contractor Management**: Select and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to contractual agreements, and efficient use of resources.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and control project costs within the approved budget, including preparing cost estimates, managing expenses, and conducting financial analysis.
- **Schedule Management**: Ensure projects are completed on schedule, coordinating activities, resolving any issues that may cause delays, and adjusting timelines as necessary.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring that refurbishment projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and making adjustments to meet client needs.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all refurbishment projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pool construction or refurbishment projects, with at least 3-5 years in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards specific to pool refurbishment.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- The role may require travel to project sites and flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
