Régleur / Opérateur de Poinçonneuse à Contrôle Numérique

DESCRIPTION:
Le titulaire du poste a comme responsabilité d’effectuer toutes les opérations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la poinçonneuse/tourelle CNC de type Amada et Trumpf.

NATURE DU TRAVAIL:

- Opération, programmation et ajustement (set-up) d’une poinçonneuse.
- Lecture des dessins de fabrication.
- Inspection visuelles et dimensionnelles des pièces produites.
- Production de pièces suivants les normes et tolérances de la compagnie.
- Inspection et contrôle de la qualité des produits fabriqués à l’aide d’instruments de mesure (vernier, table de mesure).
- Faire rapport au superviseur des problèmes techniques (état des machines, des outils, qualité du matériel, etc.).
- Remplir des rapports de production selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
- Assure un environnement de travail sécuritaire de son espace de travail.

COMPÉTENCES:

- Connaissance en lecture de plan.
- Connaissance du langage de programmation (Code-G Amada).
- Connaissance des mesures impériales.
- Expérience dans l’industrie du métal en feuille.
- Capacité d’apprentissage.

EXIGENCES:
Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études professionnelles(DEP) en tôlerie, ferblanterie, électromécanique, mécanique industriel ou expérience équivalente dans un environnement de fabrication.

Set-Up man & Operator CNC Turret / Punching Department

DESCRIPTION:
The job holder is responsible for carrying out all the operations required for the correct operation of the Amada and Trumpf type CNC punch press and turret.

NATURE OF THE JOB:

- Operation, programming and set-up of a punch press.
- Reading manufacturing drawings.
- Visual and dimensional inspection of produced parts.
- Production of parts according to the company's standards and tolerances.
- Inspection and quality control of manufactured products using measuring instruments (Caliper, measuring table).
- Reporting to the supervisor of technical problems (condition of machines, tools, quality of equipment, etc.).
- Fill out production reports according to the company's needs.
- Ensures a safe working environment in his workspace.

SKILLS:

- Experience in operation and set-ups on presses.
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints.
- Understands Imperial measuring systems.
- Experience in sheet metal industry.
- Good learning capability.
- Computer skills.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in sheet metal work, electro-mechanics, industrial mechanics or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
