This position will have company-paid benefits after 3 months

Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday 3:45pm - 1:45am

Weekend work may be required, overtime paid after 44 hours.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Load and unload machined parts.
- Clean and inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Use grinders, buffers, hammer and chisel to ensure parts are clean.
- Ensure production schedule follows through as allocated by the scheduling department.
- You will learn to operate our machines, perform minor maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment and work area in accordance with company standards and manufacturer's machine recommendations.
- Practice safe work procedures at all times.
- Participate in process focused continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to ongoing training for success in position.
- Work closely with your fellow team members to build a cohesive and mutually respectful team environment.
- Load and unload trucks at the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set by our Company.
- Use forklifts, cranes, trucks, wrapping machinery safely and correctly.
- Attend safety and operational meetings as required.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Be Safety oriented and Quality focused.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Possess some knowledge of and ability to identify fabrication industry metals.
- Utilize effective oral communication and numeracy.
- Be able to stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs and possesses manual dexterity.
- Display a can-do attitude.
- Possesses the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Ensures attention to detail.
- Good Attendance record.
- Basic Computer skills.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
