P o s i t i o n O v e r v i e w:
As an Experienced Automobile Damage Appraiser at ELC Solutions, you'll assess and value automobile damage, aiding clients in making informed decisions about repairs, insurance claims, and vehicle value.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication with clients, repair pros, and insurers are essential.

R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s:

- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate repair costs, considering both labor and parts expenses.
- Research and analyze vehicle specifications, market trends, and historical data to determine accurate valuations.
- Prepare detailed and accurate damage appraisal reports for insurance claims, repair shops, and clients.
- Collaborate with repair technicians, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to discuss and negotiate repair strategies and costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and repair techniques to maintain a high level of expertise.

Q u a l i f i c a t i o n s:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Automobile Damage Appraiser.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using damage assessment software and industry-related tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot even the most subtle forms of damage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make accurate judgments regarding repair costs and valuations.
- Relevant certification or training in automobile damage appraisal is a plus.
