Job Title: Industrial Painter

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of coatings. 2. Mix and match paint colors to meet specified requirements and achieve desired finishes.

4. Operate and maintain painting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.

5. Adhere to safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment and proper disposal of waste materials.

6. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

7. Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.

8. Touch up and repair painted surfaces as needed.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and handling of paint supplies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Industrial Painter in a relevant industry.

2. Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

3. Ability to interpret project specifications and work independently.

4. Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality finishes.

5. Physical stamina to work in challenging environments and lift heavy equipment if required.

6. Excellent color perception and ability to match and blend colors accurately.

7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Title: Industrial Sandblaster

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Industrial Sandblasters to join our team. As an Industrial Sandblaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces by removing rust, paint, and contaminants using abrasive materials and equipment. Your duties will include operating industrial sandblast equipment, ensuring proper safety measures are followed, and achieving surface preparation according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or repair.

2. Inspect and maintain sandblasting equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.

3. Use abrasive materials such as sand, grit, or shot to remove rust, paint, and other surface contaminants.

4. Adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective equipment to minimize health risks.

5. Evaluate surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure, angle, and abrasive material required for effective cleaning.

6. Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.

8. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

9. Follow project specifications and quality standards to achieve desired surface finishes.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Industrial Sandblaster in a similar industry.

2. Knowledge of different abrasive materials, equipment, and techniques.

3. Ability to interpret project specifications and work independently.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

5. Physical stamina to work in challenging environments and lift heavy equipment if required.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
