ROLE:
The primary goal for all of us at The Pulpit Club is to provide our Members and their Guests with quality customer service and a friendly home-like atmosphere. The Busser/Food Runner is responsible for assisting Servers to deliver food to tables in a timely and professional manner. They are required to assist the back of the house maintenance and preparation for service.

RELATIONSHIP:
This position will:

- report directly to the Associate Hospitality Manager;
- report directly to the Hospitality Manager;
- be required in interact with all Members and Guests;
- be required to interact all staff and Management.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
**1. **Busser Service**
- Maintain a clean, healthy and safe workplace that meets or exceeds the standards of The Pulpit Club.
- Assist Service staff in delivering prepared meals to Members/Guests tables.
- Assist with bread service and filling/refilling of water glasses.
- Assist in helping clear, sanitize and reset tables.
- Remain alert and attentive to the needs and requests of our Members and Guests.
- Knowledge of proper service etiquette for all food served at The Pulpit Club.
- Pepper meals tableside and offer any other condiments needed for meals.
- Ensure that fresh coffee is always ready and available.
- Assist with preparation of cappuccinos, espresso and lattes.
- Monitor any buffet and ask Chefs for more food when running low.
- Monitor plates and bowls at buffet stations and restock as needed.
- Continuously monitor your service station and replenish diminished stock as needed throughout the shift.
- Ensure that all cutlery and wine glasses have been properly polished and put away before the end of shift.
- Other duties as assigned by the Associate Hospitality Manager or the Hospitality Manager.

**2. **Other Duties**
- Set up and clear staff buffet.
- Assist in putting away stock and orders as they arrive.
- Assist the Porter in moving and removing coolers off of the golf course during tournaments.
- Be present on the service floor prepared with water and coffee service.
- Bring stock up for the bar as requested by the Bartender or Managers.
- Organize empty beer and wine bottles in designated areas.
- Other duties as assigned by the Associate Hospitality Manager or the Hospitality Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-8 months

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
